To generate your unique Captain's Keeper Registration number we require your Palm organizer HotSync user name. Please make sure that you include it in the "additional comments" area towards the bottom of the Kagi form. It is case sensitive and "John Smith" is not the same as "john smith"

If you are not sure how to display your HotSync user name: Simply tap the HotSync icon on your Palm organizer and it will be displayed in the extreme Top Right Hand corner of your screen.
